We're at 6700 Dallas Parkway in Frisco, in the Star Orthopedics and Sports Medicine building. Look for Suite 100. There is a covered drop-off at the main entrance and on-site parking.

Before your visit

  • After you request an appointment, our staff will contact you by phone and text within an hour during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm) to get you scheduled.
  • Please bring all previous imaging, including MRI reports.
  • Print and complete your new patient forms ahead of time to save time at check-in.
  • X-rays can be taken on site in our office.
